About 12 years ago I recognized I was craving knowledge and wanted more advanced training but wasn't sure what that would be. I just wanted to be more valuable to my customers, friends and family. I kept my spirit open to what that opportunity might be.

In 2021, I was directed to a Naturopath and it changed the course of my career. I was blown away by the ease of testing methods, immediate answers and simplicity of how to make my health better. I wanted to be able to help others in this way.

While going through this training, I was introduced to Bach Flower Remedies and felt an immediate resonance with them. All of us have experienced traumas of all levels, and the emotions of them can bond to our spirit, affecting our physical selves and how we cope with life's challenges. Here we have a tool that can help us balance our thoughts and feelings, ridding our spirit of negativity and raising our frequency to a more enlightened state. Game Changer!!
